India allrounder Swagatika Rath hit an attractive 66 to guide highflying Odisha to a 70-run emphatic win over Rajasthan in a Plate knock-out match of the Senior Women National Limited-overs Tournament at Vijaywada today. This was the sixth win a row for Odisha, who qualified to meet Bengal in the final on December 24.
Put into bat, Odisha compiled 142 for nine in 50 overs with Swagatika hitting six fours and one six in his 100-ball knock of 66. In reply, Rajasthan were bundled out for 72 in 35 overs. Among the the successful Odisha bowlers, Sujata Mallik and Sushree Pradhan bagged three wickets apiece, while Rith Singh claimed a brace.
